On behalf of our Client, a Service Centre for Business aircraft we have a Permanent job opportunity for an Aircraft Scheduler / Work Preparator.

We are seeking someone who has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with good knowledge of the Microsoft Office pack and a good level of English.

Work location: Paris CDG, France

Duties

• Opening of customer orders and preparation of all work
• Ordering of parts
• Check tooling availability
• Review and prepare sales orders
• Preparing printed maintenance data
• Liaise with Planning and Workshop departments to prepare and schedule maintenance
• Arrange meetings to analyse future major projects
