Protec Technical is looking for a Facility Coordinator & General Assistant to join our client, a global leader in the design, manufacture, and support of helicopters for civil and military operations in the UK.

This is a permanent job opportunity.

You will support the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance Base , combining front-of-house responsibilities with office coordination and administrative support.

Key responsibilities include:

✅ Welcoming visitors and customers

✅ Supporting daily operational activities

✅ Assisting with office administration and coordination

✅ Maintaining a professional and efficient working environment for both customers and internal teams
