Quality Manager                                                                                  Ref: QUALITY

Expanding Airline Company are seeking a Quality Manager for their African office.

The role will encompass implementing a Training Quality plan for the Company and developing the EASA and NCAA requirements for maintenance.

The core competencies will include:
Strong organisational skills
Leadership skills
Good communication skills
assertiveness and be an excellent team player.

Technical Requirements:

Ideally candidates with a recurring head apparatus on the Boeing 737.
Possess wide body apparatus.
Must have been trained as a lead auditor [IAN ISO 9000].
Strong Computer skills in Microsoft programs.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an Airline with a very aggressive business plan.
 

Skills and Experience required:

Candidates should have 5 years minimum experience in the Quality role or Senior Management role.
Must be EASA or equivalent licensed engineer.
Mastery of the job related knowledge.
Educated to 'A' level standard.
