Our client has an opening in their busy Design Office
for an appropriately skilled designer who can produce accurate
drawings and designs in a team environment whilst being able to
manage individual
workload packages effectively within required time-scales.
Our client design and manufacture a variety of products and services
for aircraft interiors, from VIP bespoke seats and tables to
complete ship-sets of airline seat covers, from machining through
composites to welding.
Prospective candidates should have sound fundamental knowledge of
aircraft interiors and will need to demonstrate an understanding of
industry standard light-weight composite panel construction, its
uses and methods of assembly.
Knowledge of aircraft upholstery/fabrics would also be an advantage.
Our Design Office operates AutoCAD and training may be given to
candidates who have previously used similar applications. The
emphasis is on self-motivated candidates who can clearly demonstrate
the appropriate level of skill.
Remuneration will be based upon experience and ability.
