To support the Programme Manager during the instigation of a
Business Improvement (BI) Programme, using Business Process
Re-Engineering and Lean techniques as applicable.
Responsibilities to include:
Facilitate the programme BI events.
Train employees to facilitate BI events.
Liaison, co-ordination & review with BI Event Leaders, supporting as
required, and ensuring the BI events are achieving the goals that
have been set.
Assist with the management/recruitment (internal/external) of
programme resources.
Liaison with Senior Management, in addition to employees at all
levels of the organisation.
Preparation of communication briefings to promote the BI activities
to company management and employees.
Assist with the co-ordination and conducting of company process
re-engineering reviews.
Produce process flow charts.
Be a part of BI events, and act as a facilitator as appropriate.
Assist with the management of BI event action lists.
Attend/chair programme meetings as required.
Skills and
Experience required:
Essential/Desirable Qualifications/Experience
Hold a recognised BI/Lean qualification.
Be able to demonstrate the successful implementation of BI events.
Project management experience.
Familiar with working directly and indirectly with senior
management.
Excellent communication skills.
Capable in using MS Office, including MS Project and Visio.
