Quality Assurance Engineer Ref: J11168
Supplier Development Engineer
Long term contract.
The role will be to manage groups of suppliers, from around the
world, who provide either components, systems or materials on
current or new projects.
The engineers will:
- achieve quality targets as laid out by the customer
- investigate and solve technical concerns with supplier parts
- audit the suppliers
- conduct quality improvements in suppliers
Skills and Experience required:
- a degree or similar in an engineering
discipline
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- be able to travel at short notice (full driving license essential)
- be familiar with quality systems
- have an understanding of CAD
- ideally have automotive or aerospace experience
Salary: Contract £25-26ph Ltd
Location: North East England
