Customer Support Engineer J11131
Reporting to Customer Support Manager
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Repairing and servicing all the companies products in accordance
with supplied publications and used standard.
Investigating, cause identification and rectification of faults
found on vehicles which have been delivered to the customer.
Initiation and completion of job cards and associated documentation
to reflect work carried out.
Responsible for ensuring that the highest personal H&S and
engineering standards are maintained.
Development work and trials support as directed.
Assistance to the production line to ensure update to knowledge of
processed carried out and identification of possible training
implications.
Post production work as directed, to suit the customers needs.
Any other task, which someone of your trade would be expected to
perform (after consultation).
Skills and
Experience required:
You will have a minimum qualification of NVQ
level 3 or National Certificate, a clean driving licence, including
category C1 driving licence.
