Crash Safety Performance Development Engineer                            Ref: J10873

Crash performance planning and component target setting.
Interpretation of MADYMO and structural Crash simulation results. Achievement of vehicle safety target throughout digital design development.
Complete crash test requests for offsite crash testing.
Arrange vehicle and parts transportation.
Day before test support (instrumentation, measurements, paint, ballast).
Test day support(dummy positioning, CRS positioning, final checks)Post test crash analysis and data processing.
Concern identification and countermeasure proposal.
Vehicle tear down and inspection supervision, test reporting and progress reporting.



Skills and Experience required:

Required exp and education:
Degree, Familiar with EuroNCAP and regulation test protocols.
Experience in performing/supervising front, rear and side impact crash tests.
Experienced in performing pedestrian impact testing (desirable).
Experienced in use of Diadem and excel for data processing/analysis.
MADYMO exp desirable

Salary: £23-24ph Ltd
