Alan Biddlecombe
(Director) manages the
business using his direct experience of Aerospace, Defence and Manufacturing
Programmes as well as a deep understanding based on over 12 years
experience in the Technical Recruitment Industry.
He has had the
good fortune to work within companies such as Thales, IBM, BAe
Systems and the ITER project in Munich, as a Design Engineer and a
Project Engineer.
Since 1992 Alan has been involved in all aspects
of Engineering recruitment and has built respect from both clients and
applicants alike. |

The ethics of the company are formed from the
direct insight of staff who have worked for large and small
organisations, as both
Contract and Permanent Staff Engineers, with the added experience of
running large teams within client sites.

Mark Bishop.
Mark, who is a Director of both Protec Technical and Protec Research, is a Chartered Engineer with 25 years experience in the defence
business, including the Royal Navy and EDS Defence. |

Martyn Smith joined Protec Technical as Manager
(Aircraft Maintenance) in July 2004 and has been successful in
growing the Aerospace Maintenance division, building on his
extensive first-hand knowledge.
He started his aviation career serving a
Technician Apprenticeship at RNAY Fleetlands, before starting
'Contracting' in 1990. He has worked for a number of national
carriers and on several Royal Air Force bases.

Martyn moved into the recruitment industry in 1999, representing two major aerospace service agencies.
He has
continued to achieve considerable success with national and international MROs, and
has become a respected provider of recruitment solutions and quality
technical manpower, to the aerospace industry. |
