About Us

Protec Technical was formed in 2003 to provide recruitment services to the defence and aerospace industries. From this base we have consistently expanded and now include resourcing for Flight Deck Crew, Aviation Industry Management, Marine, Construction and Petro/Chem staff.

Our Directors and Managers have all served as engineers and technicians within their own specialist sector, meaning that our knowledge of the industry comes from direct technical experience of managing Design Groups, Maintenance Teams and Research Projects etc while working either on the client's sites or as their permanent staff member.

We know what contracting is like, both in the UK and overseas. We understand the needs of the contractor and hirer alike, and the relationships that need to be built.

Protec Technical have achieved ISO 2001: 2000 certification by installing quality controls within the recruitment process.
